LLC Herat conducted the 6th Session of Public Speaking which was run by Mr. shafiq Behroozian. As usual, During the session participants first of shared their one week activity and exercises relevant to Public Speaking. Mr. Behroozian asked participants last session that as homework, they need to practice Public Speaking in small groups and communities and experience how it is. Later, As usual they practiced facial gesture and mood diving into groups of apposite mood. Afterwards 3 of the assigned speakers performed their speech in front of the jury panel and other participants. each of them received feedback from the jury panel which was positive mostly. Later, Mr. Mobtaker Rahmani, who is one of the top Master of Ceremonies and speakers of Herat, shared his own experiences on regards to Public Speaking which was very helpful for the participants. conducting practical sessions and inviting guest speakers to the program, LLC Herat aimed to motivate the participants more and to be a help for graduating great Public Speakers.

Herat LLC conducted Training on “Photography by Mobile phone” for three days/2 hours a day. Mr. Firouz Mashouf, the Western Region News Photographer was the trainer of the course during which, he taught technical points about photography, Mobile Photography. He also explained why taking good quality photos matters. Conducting this workshop LLC Herat aimed to reach new category of visitors for LLC and to encourage women to participant in such learning useful course in LLC. This workshop was held in Herat Province for the first time which was welcomed by women more than men! On the 4th day, participants left LLC for downtown to practice and compete by taking photos considering the studied rules. Participants brought their photos and LLC Printed them and pasted on one side of LLC what as an exhibition so that everyone could see their photos. At the end, LLC Coordinator, Mr. Mashouf and Mr. Karimi talked to the course participants and explaining about the goal of this training course and how useful it can be for each of them. Eventually LLC Herat distributed participation certificate for everyone and an appreciation Letter for the 3 owners of the top photos.
